Impact on Team MembersThe impact of these trips can not be adequately defined in just a few words. Team members who've participated on these trips have experienced a variety of thoughts and emotions while encountering God through their third world brothers and sisters. Not only are individual team members impacted from having participated in this experience, but their local churches are also impacted upon the return of the team. Many team members return with a strong desire to reach their own local communities through service projects sponsored by their home church.
